Cathy's baby shower

My dear friend from college, Cathy is having a baby boy in just 5 short weeks!  We threw her a "gingerbread boy" baby shower yesterday and I think it turned out SO cute!  The best part...we held it at a local restaurant so they did all of the cooking, cleaning, and baking.  This made it easy and fairly stress free.  We were able to focus on the little details and decorations which is my favorite part anyway.

 Jenny's mom collects these gorgeous gingerbread houses so we used them for centerpieces on all the tables.  This huge one was on the cake table.

How cute is this cake?  The gingerbread men have Ryan, Cathy, and baby Henry's names on them!

We put diaper cakes wrapped in Christmas ribbon on some of the tables.

When I found this invitation I knew doing a gingerbread theme would be SO cute...and it was!

We had gingerbread cookies made with Henry's initials on them to give as favors.  I made the sticker labels and Leigh used her new Silhouette to cut out tags and the gingerbread on the menus.

I love all these girls so much!  Hard to believe we've been friends for 10 years!

Cathy is one of funniest people I know and she is going to be such a great mother.  We can't wait to meet baby Henry VERY soon!
